If you want to, you can report any concerns you have about your children in the classrooms and dormitories, at Wingate Elementary School, by printing this “Parent Concern Form”, completing it and returning the completed form to the school’s Principal.

   To print the “Parent Concern Form”,  click on this “Parent Concern Form” link and print the form on your printer. Complete the form and return it to the school’s Principal for processing.  

   Always remember to inform the Department Supervisors of these concerns and include all your current contact information on the Parent Concern Form when you return it to the school’s Principal for processing.
